Free week of MMA

Try MMA Free for a Week

Striking, clinch work and ground fighting in one class, coached by a pro fight team. Your first week at Glory is free, and beginners are welcome.

Your first class

What to expect

  1. A warm-up that gets you moving: footwork, stance and a little conditioning.
  2. Striking basics like the jab, cross and a kick, with a coach correcting your form.
  3. Then a takedown or ground position so you see how striking and grappling connect.
  4. Partner drills at a controlled pace. Nobody throws you into sparring on day one.

Show up about 10 minutes early. A coach will meet you, show you around and get you set up.

So if you're looking for something to boost your confidence and have a blast come to Glory you'll…
